How much notice do you need to book a reservation?

We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially for airport transfers, special events, and peak travel times. However, we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

For standard bookings:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is preferred
  • Same-day bookings may be accepted based on availability

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup – No cancellation fee, full refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time – A cancellation fee may apply (typically 50–100% of the fare, depending on the notice period and service type)

How do I get a receipt?

After completing your ride, you will automatically receive a receipt via email. If you need a duplicate or didn’t receive one, contact our support team at info@ravandsprivaterides.com or call (615) 697-6641.

Why is the amount charged different from the amount I was quoted?

The final charge may differ due to:

  • Additional wait time
  • Extra stops
  • Tolls or parking fees
  • Changes to the original reservation, such as route or vehicle upgrades

We strive for full transparency, and any changes will be communicated clearly. Contact support for a detailed breakdown if needed.

Where will I be met at the airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you based on airport regulations:

  • Standard curbside pickup: After collecting your luggage, meet your chauffeur at the designated pickup zone. You’ll receive a text or call with instructions.
  • Meet-and-greet service: Your chauffeur will wait inside the terminal, holding a sign with your name near baggage claim or arrivals.

For special requests or assistance, you can contact us anytime.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real-time and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Your chauffeur will arrive based on the actual landing time.

Complimentary waiting periods:

  • Domestic flights: Up to 30 minutes
  • International flights: Up to 60 minutes

After the grace period, wait-time charges may apply. Please notify us if your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled.

Are pets allowed inside the vehicles?

Yes, pets are allowed, but please notify us in advance. Pets must be in an airline-approved carrier unless they are service animals.

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive hair or mess.

How can I contact my chauffeur?

You will receive your chauffeur’s name and phone number via text or email before your scheduled ride. You may contact them directly on the day of service. If you experience any issues, our 24/7 support team is ready to help.

What kind of training do your chauffeurs go through?

Is there any charge for an additional stop?

Yes, additional stops incur extra charges:

  • Quick stops (5 minutes or less): Minimal fee
  • Longer or multiple stops: Charged based on extra mileage and wait time

Is there a fee for waiting periods?

Yes, waiting fees apply after the complimentary grace period:

  • Airport pickups:
    • Domestic: 30 minutes free
    • International: 60 minutes free
  • Non-airport pickups:
    • First 15 minutes are free
    • Additional time billed by hourly rate and vehicle type

When do I get charged for my service?

Payment is typically processed at the time of booking. For corporate accounts or special arrangements, payment may be charged after the ride. Any additional fees will be added to the final amount, and a detailed receipt will be provided.

Meet & Greet – do you provide it and what additional cost is it?

Yes, we offer Meet & Greet service for airport pickups and events. Your chauffeur will wait inside the terminal with a sign and assist with luggage.

Fee:

  • Standard Meet & Greet: $30 per pickup (may vary by airport)
  • Complimentary for VIP or corporate clients (if applicable)

Free wait time for airport pickups? Any time included? International/Domestic the same?

Yes, complimentary wait times are included:

  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes
  • International flights: 60 minutes

After the included time, additional wait charges apply based on the vehicle type and rate.

Baby Car Seats (toddler, booster, infant car seat) available? Any additional cost?

Yes, we provide car seats upon request for an added fee. Options include:

  • Infant Car Seat (rear-facing)
  • Toddler Car Seat (forward-facing)
