Ravands Private Rides LLC provides premium chauffeur-driven transportation for airport transfers, corporate events transportation, wedding limo service, and more. Our transportation services are subject to availability and operational limitations. Modifications to routes or additional requests may incur extra fees.
All reservations must be scheduled in advance. Availability depends on demand. Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been confirmed. Any modifications, extra stops, or extended wait times may result in additional charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing the booking details before confirmation.
Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a fee ranging from 50% to 100% may apply. Last-minute cancellations made within two hours of pickup are charged the full fare. No-shows will also be billed in full. These policies ensure fair scheduling for all clients.
For airport pickups, clients receive 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Non-airport pickups allow a 15-minute grace period. Any additional waiting time incurs charges based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle. Extended delays may require rescheduling.
Clients can request a meet-and-greet service for an extra fee. A professional chauffeur will welcome passengers inside the terminal, holding a personalized sign, and provide luggage assistance. This service ensures a smooth and convenient pickup experience.
Extra stops should be arranged in advance or requested directly from the chauffeur. Approval depends on scheduling and availability. Additional charges apply based on the stop’s location and duration. Clients are encouraged to communicate any route preferences when booking.
Pets are permitted only if secured in an airline-approved carrier. Service animals are exempt from this requirement. In the event that excessive cleaning is necessary due to a pet, an additional fee may apply. Clients must notify customer service about any accompanying pets.
Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available upon request for an additional charge. To guarantee availability, clients must request car seats when making the reservation. Ensuring the safety of young passengers remains a priority.
Ravands Private Rides LLC is not liable for delays resulting from traffic, severe weather, or unexpected circumstances. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully while in the vehicle. Any damages caused by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of the individual. Disruptive behavior may result in service refusal.
Ravands Private Rides LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time. Service may be refused to individuals violating these terms.
We are not responsible for disruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions. Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled in such cases.
